SCHOOL PLAY is still opening big at the film festivals. Since its premiere in Austin in November, this coming-of-age doc has played in 10 more film festivals. Of these, it's won seven top prizes: three 'Best Documentary' awards, a 'Critic's Choice' prize, an "Audience Award", one "Best in Fest" trophy and even "Best Editing". Upcoming events include the Hot Springs Documentary Film Festival, in Arkansas.
